What is the minimum time to get divorce in India?
Sir, I have filed for a divorce of a muslim girl in Family Court Pune last year. The Girl is not in any type of contact or communication with her husband since last 12 years. She has a son whose care is being taken by her. The case is listed since last one year. We have submitted all possible evidences a girl doesn't wish to claim anything from her husband except simple divorce. The girl is a working woman and daughter of an army officer. Please guide me.
