What is the process of court marriage in India for NRI?

Hello Team, I am an NRI currently living in Germany. I want to do a Court marriage in the next few days and I had a few questions regarding this. My questions are as below: Being an NRI, would I be able to avail your services? As per my research, do I have to register for the marriage one month before I want to get married. Is this correct? Or is there an exception where the registration could be done quicker through the Tatkal Process? Would it be possible to receive the marriage certificate as early as possible through the Tatkal Process ? Thanks
