What is the process of court marriage in India for NRI?
Hello, My partner and I are getting married in Kolkata in December 2023 and we would like to register our marriage in Bhagalpur as my partner's permanent address in India is in Bhagalpur. Both of us are NRIs. We are in India only for a few days in December and would like to finish our registration during that time. Kindly guide us on the procedure.
