To file a waiver application through e-filing, you will need to create a new case and select the category/application type of "Admission of Documents". You will then need to upload the waiver application and any supporting documents. Once the waiver application has been filed, the court will review it and decide whether or not to grant the waiver. If the waiver is granted, the court will issue an order waiving the requirement of personal service of the divorce petition on the other party. Contact us on our helpline number for further enquiry.
