What to do if husband wants divorce but wife does not?
Hi , I'm a resident of Bangalore, and my husband is from Mangalore. We are married for 6 years 9 months. Since 2020 my husband is having affair I informed his parents about his affairs and his whatsapp texts. Now my husband do not want to stay with me and wants to divorce me. because he feels I humiliated him in front of his parents.I have given 100% to keep my husband and in laws happy. Same week 2022 he sent me legalnotice for mutual separation mentioning all false allegations against me we responded to notice within 3 months and sent him back. I want to maintain this marriage because I have not done anything wrong But my husband wants to dissolve with no proper reason against me. He is about to send a notice from court for separation. Please suggest me what action should be taken from my end on this. I really appreciate your valuable advices.
