What to do if someone is threatening to file a false police report?
My brother threaten me to file a false case against a person I want to marry. I don't want that person or his family face any trouble because of false complaint. I don't have any issue with that person. He is genuine and reliable and his family is hardworking and kind . He lives outside India but his parents lives in Mumbai and I don't want any trouble for them. I need legal advice as what can I do to prevent such harm?
