Sir, you need to provide her maintenance still even though she is charged under IPC. You can only refuse under these conditions i.e. Section 125(4) of the Criminal Procedure Code, a wife has committed adultery or is unfaithful, refuses to live with her husband without a good reason, files for divorce with consent from both parties, or if her husband lacks the resources to support her, she will not be entitled to maintenance. The husband may refuse maintenance for any of the aforementioned reasons if he has enough evidence.
