Wife harassment. Wife involved in adultery

Hello Sir My self Yasin Patel. My brother is married for the last 10 years n his marriage life is not peaceful. We are trying to dissolve his marriage but girl is asking for 5 lacs n treating that she will involve My name while filing a case. Would like to know can she include my name bcz I m a working person n taking time to visit court would cause a lot of inconvenience. What kind of charges can she file against me.
