Will i be dragged to court
I am a woman in my thirties.My male friend's wife is accusing me of adultery. We have never had sexual intercourse. Does intimate messages serve as proof for adultery. Will i be summoned to court when she files divorce case against him on grounds of adultery.

Hello mam,
As per the Indian law Adultery is now no more a offence tis is the ground for divorce if she does she can file only for divorce , and you are thus not liable for any kind of punishment.
