Acquittal in POCSO case will affect My government job?

I am government employee was acquitted from a case. CrPC 232. i get a govt job in judiciary department as an office attendant on 2022/Nov/15. After one year my probation was not declared. the case was end on 2022/Sep. 11r/w 12 of POCSO. Charges framed against me under 354d 401 IPC. Is there any problem for probation?
