Sir, I was Arrested ,Convicted & Fined for Drinking Alcohol in Bihar. For the First Time. U/s 37 of Bihar Excise (Amd.) Act, 2022. Can I Eligible for Govt Jobs ?

It depends on the requirement of the job. However, I would suggest you that disclose this case and DO NOT try to hide it. Your eligibility for the govt job will not be affected by it.
