Can a bank terminate an employee on the basis of less CIBIL score?
My mother is an employee at Govt owned public sector insurance company. She is a cashier there. If her CIBIL score goes below 650, can the company terminate her job or give punishments like demotion or suspension etc. Is there any law like that?. I'm just not sure. Please help me to know.
