Can I take legal action against people who are bullying me for my mental health?

My manager & HR (Both the same person) is the one in question. I asked him if he has seen my I'd card. He instantly became angry and said why are you asking me ask the peon I then asked the peon but he said no. I then asked manager or HR to see CCTV. Then He instantly started laughing and said I will see it later. I asked him why was he laughing. He instantly got angry that I told you ask the peon and are again asking me about the I'd card. Then he said you previously also tore a I'd card and asked me to make a new one. I said sir I don't tore it it automatically ripped. Then he said you tore it don't lie to me. I said "Sir mai koi dimaagi mareez thoda na hu ki apna I'd card phadunga". He said "Lagta to Aisa hi hai". Can I take legal action against him for for making fun of my mental health?
