Company dening to pay salary

My company accepted my resignation and gave me 21days of notice period as my marriage was there the next month. however, due to severe bad health issues, I was unable to complete my notice period. I submitted my medical reports, and they declared me as absconded and denied to pay the last month's salary (not the notice period month salary) what should I do??? Is there any section or any court where can get help from?

Please test your employment agreement / appointment letter / the employee guide of your agency. whether a buyout of the notice period is your right or no longer can only be determined from those documents. there is no want for resignation to be accepted.

It's going to automatically come into impact upon the expiry of your notice period. hope you have a receipt for having submitted your resignation. again, you can not be denied your legal rights, including leave as in keeping with the law, simply because your notice length goes on. Your company can not pressure you to serve more because you availed of ill leave.

Try meeting some senior officer and explaining the scenario. Take a copy of your medical certificates (get one from a reputed clinic / health practitioner if you do not have one) on your organization and call for your unwell go away. and if not accepted send the legal notice you can approach us where we will help you in sending legal notice, feel free to contact on our helpline number.
