COMPLAINT AGAINST MY DRIVER
I VICKY VERMA from chandigarh my truck challan Rs20500/- will be challan from my truck driver Mr. anoop and they said I will not give money for this challan. and he is asking for his salary. they do work only one month in my vehilcle and they asking if I don't pay his salary they go to labour court chandigarh. please help me how can I go to which department for this driver complaint. and they also provide police complainst against me. please give information for this critical situation. please give guideness for this case.

If the challan is on your trucks RC then, you have to pay the amount of the challan and if the challan is on the liscence of the driver, he is liable to pay the amount, the thing is that you can file complain against him for negligance but, the salary which he is asking shall be paid by you to him if he had completed the tenure of one month.
