Harassment by Human Resources department

I started working with since 2 months ago but still didn't get my salary and when asked the management to resolve everytime no proper solution so i had to take a decision to resign my job. After sending the resignation letter the manager informed me that i have to serve notice period of 2 months but i told him that there is no where mentioned on my offer letter that i have to serve notice period. When informed him this he told me that this was new rule passed by the company but i told him i was never made aware of it officially. Now they are forcing me to serve notice period or pay them the two months salary.

Hello  mam,

if you have signed the employement agreement and there it is mentioned that you have to serve the notice period for the company  and if you have not signed or you don't have the knowledge regarding  such then there is no  need to serve the notice period and if the salary is not been paid send the legal notice to the company .
