How to get father's job after his death?

Good morning sir I want one information from you My dad was working as GOVT M.P.H.A On contract basis but my dad was died in 2011 my dad got job in 2005 yesterday news was regularisation of all contract basis employees my dad job also will regular that job can I get i completed bi.p.c now . Is there chance to get that job
