Illegal termination
I was on medical emergency leaves for 35 days and after I rejoin my company Hr team and project manager said that we do not need employees now and we have already replaced you place. I had already provided them medical reports and details that I am not medically fit to attend the office. And now they are asking me to resign from my end.

For such circumstances send a legal notice to the company for illegal termination of the employee, and if the issue is not resolved, then approach to labour court of your concerned area.
