According to the information you have provided, it seems that your company is trying to force you to serve a probation period after you have already completed your bond period. This is not legal. In India, employment bonds are generally enforceable, but they cannot be used to force an employee to work against their will. Once you have completed your bond period, you are free to leave the company without serving any further notice period. If you are sure that you want to leave your company, you should send them a letter in writing confirming your resignation and stating that you will not be serving any further probation period. You should also keep a copy of your bond agreement and your resignation letter for your records. Contact us for further enquiry.
