Long working hours without overtime policy

I have resigned in probation period but have to serve 3 months notice period. Working hours are not fixed and no pay for working beyond 8 hours. How can I say no to work overtime with law support?

कारखाना अधिनियम - 1948[2] की धारा इक्यावन और खंड उनपन्थ में कहा गया है, "कोई भी कार्यकर्ता हर सप्ताह में अड़तालीस घंटे से अधिक और दोपहर में 9 घंटे से अधिक  KAM करने के लिए नहीं है। कोई भी कर्मचारी जो इस अवधि से अधिक के लिए काम करता है, वह अतिरिक्त समय पारिश्रमिक के लिए पात्र है, जो कि दैनिक वेतन की दोगुनी मात्रा के रूप में निर्धारित है। ”

section fifty one and segment fifty nine of the Factories Act - 1948[2] states, “No worker is meant to Work for more than forty eight hours in every week and 9 hours in an afternoon.

Any employee who works for more than this period is eligible for extra time remuneration prescribed as twice the quantity of everyday wages.”
