NDA for complainant in POSH

Can the company force the complainant/victim to sign a indefinite NDA saying that it's necessary to process the enquiry? NDA states that I cannot reveal the incident to anyone. I was told that confidentiality is required during the enquiry, but on clarification they said that the NDA is indefinite & that it's mandatory as a part of posh law. Will this case blackmark the respondents career history? I was told it will but it contradicts the NDA.. Can the company withhold the final POSH report just because I haven't signed the NDA? It's been over 90 days since I filed the complaint.
