New private job for a semi blind or partial blind

I am semi blind person for 8 years. I am working in US MNC in India as software engineer. For the whole span of 8 years I have performed all my duties and delivered strong output. I do not need any assistance for doing my job on computer and sometimes just need that mouse pointer should be highlighted more by changing settings on my computer which is very easy to do and does not need any additional investment by company. I am now seeking different opportunity in other private companies for new job. Is it compulsory for me to disclose about my partial disability before interview to any private company or after interview process is over? What if company rejects its own offer letter after I disclose my partial disability? Is it violation of any rules by company? After giving offer letter or before interviews many companies give a form to fill and it is clearly asked whether you have any disability. What if I write that I do not have any disability? Please let me know.
