Query Regarding reservation in government job
In our state of Tripura almost all the disability cirtficates are issued are temporary in nature which are needs to be renewed in every 5 years.In some states like Orissa the reservation on disability qouta are given to those who have permanent disability cirtficate.But in our state we are eligible for government jobs on the basis of that temporary disability cirtficate. My question is that those we have employed on the basis of temporary disability cirtficates will have to face any problem in future in respect to our jobs ?

if the validity of temporary disablity has been expired then the benefits will alos end, person with temporary disability will have to renew that certificate to avail the benefits.
