Regarding absconding from Job

Hello,  I have absconded from the job and am unable to serve my notice period due to personal reasons. And I have received the service letter for this reason.I have selected another company and received the offer letter, but after seeing this service letter, they do not onboard me for this reason. I am very depressed and shocked to hear this. what i do?  My family is dependent on me.Please help me out on this issue. Thank you.
