Regarding Month & year of pass
Sir/madam I have appeared my final exams on July 2022, results declared on september 2022 , i received my provisional cum marks sheet on 10.10.2022, it has 3 dates Month & year of Pass : july 2022 Results declation date :27 sep 2022 Issued date : 10.10.2022 Recently public service commission issued a recruitment notification , as per Notification candidate must posses requisite qualification as on date of notification (date of notification is (01.sep.2022) ) Can i eligible for above Notification ? which month onwards iam graduated?

If the recruiment is asking as per the base of graduation then you are graduated you are so eligible for the exam and you can fill up the form as per the notification.
