Removal from service
I had been working in Government sector since 2016. I have been ruled out from job (Removal from Service) on Jan 2020. Reason was absent on duty for 2+ years. I have medical certificate and i Appealed to Ministry of my department after getting removal from service order. But my appeal is pending in ministry for one and half year. No decision yet received. So my question is that can I make appeal in Tribunal of State while my appeal is pending in Ministry.
