Termination without prior notice and severance

I was terminated on 10th March 2023 without any kind of prior notice or feedback on ground of poor performance. I have been consistently delivering on my assignment and was confirmed on 25th Jan 2023. The project I was working on ended and after a couple of days later I was informed that I was being terminated on basis of poor performance. Also HR is telling me that I will not be getting 2 months salary in absence of notice and leave encashment as well. But joining letter states exit condition as 2 months notice by employee or employer or salary in absence of notice Kindly advise legal recourse regarding this

Get a legal notice drafted for the illegal termination and send it to the person and if they don't reply on such  then you can approach to the labour court  to get the justice
