What action can I take against the company if a company terminated me without any reason?

I have Joined in an MNC cmpny in Gr Noida on Aug21. As per the company policy i am eligible to claiming Rs 1350 under the telephone reimbursement. For this i hv registered 2 Nos. . Since the mobile is prepaid i could not raise the claim and i hv added the prepaid amt in the broad band bill manually by editing the bill amt. combined the bill amnt was Rs 1415 but i have claimed only 1350 as per my eligibility. On 21st Apr23 the cmpny given letter asking for the explanation. I hv givn the abv explanation and also i declare that i can pay back the diff in invoice amnt which is Rs8500 for almost 18 Months altogether, Even though i am eligible to claim the amnt as per the policy. After that on 28Apr23 the site mgr and the HR mgr called me and given me the termination letter claiming that i have violated the code of conduct policy. 1. Is this action by the employer is allowed as per Law? how to take up this in the labor court. 2. what are the compensation i am eligible for this termination?

If there is term for the reimbursement of your telephonic payement then you are liable to  get the payment and as per the termination issue if you have violated any of the law or any company policy then they can terminate you from the office and if you have not violated any of the law then you can get a legal notice drafted against that company for the illegal termination
