What can I do if employer is not paying my salary?
According to school policy, they will deduct total salary in 3 months after date of joining.. But I have joined the school on 16th Jan and left on 8th Feb. They have deducted the 1st installment for a month though I have worked for 15 days and they are not giving the money for the days 1st Feb. to 8th Feb.

Ma’am, you need to file a complaint before the labour court against the illegal practices performed by your employer.
