What can I do if HR asking to resign forcefully?
HR asked to resign forcefully. My notice period is 3 months as per contract but they are not allowing to serve whole notice period.

You have a right to serve your full notice period as per your contract. If HR insists on you leaving immediately, you may be able to claim compensation for the remaining notice period. Contact us on helpline number for further enquiry.
