My previous manager has forcefully made me resigned in first trimester of pregnancy quoting performance issue .Even after complaining to HR on the improper behavior they also had taken no action and made me resign. Now they are giving a negative feedback for the employment background check from current employer saying not to hire me and also is holding my PF amount. I have all the email communication happened regarding my complaining to HR and their response. Please let me know if anything can be done here?
