What can I do if my company doesn't pay salary after resignation?
I resigned in probation without serving notice period. I joined on 18 may and resigned on 22 June. They said may salary will be credited with June. Today on July 1 when I contacted them they are refusing to give any salary as I didn't serve notice period. They also didn't ask me to serve any while resigning and asked to surrender everything next day.

If there is the agreement between you and your employer to serve the notice period then you are liable to serve to get full and final settlement, to know more in detail please call on our helpline number.
