Dear Sir, I was working in a company , who not provides salary slip to us. I resigned from that company and created a salary slip by own according to amount credited in my bank account for submission in new company. Now during background verification by the new company, salary slip forwarded to previous company. And previous company hold my final settlement saying that you are misusing logo of the company in salary slip and salary slip has not issued by us. As I haven't done any manipulation in amount of salary amount, can previous company hold my salary and final settlement. There hasn't any loss occurred to my previous company for using there logo and stamp.
