What can I do if my company is not paying my salary?

I was employed as consultant over 5 years ago. Around three and half years ago they cut my income by USD 600 this was agreed upon the bases of good sales figures, it did not stipulate that the sales figures are should be my sales. I want to know should I resign this position can I claim back the USD 600 per month around USD 25,000 so I expect this company will refuse to pay me so I want to understand if I have a legal grounds to claim these funds. I would need a lawyer to check my contract and advise accordingly of the actions possible.

Hello sir,

The resignation depends upon you if you want to resign from the post then you are free to do so, but as per the query your amount has been debited by the company and you have given the consent for that then you don't have the remedy to get back the amoun.
