What can I do if my company is not providing experience letter?
I have gave a resignation letter and left the company without any notice period. after one-month I have approached them and apologized for that now they are not giving my experience certificate.

Employer is legally obligated to give an experience certificate to an employee, even if the employee has resigned without serving the notice period. The only exception to this is if the employee has been terminated for misconduct. Contact us for further enquiry.
