What can I do if my company terminated me without any prior notice?
I was terminated within 10 days of joining by reason of under performance without any prior warning and also no compensation for my loss of job. The job was to make new international buyers for company & I am working hard but this procedure takes time, we can't see results in just 10 days. I was in my 3 month probation period. I have an email regarding my appointment confirmation, in which they said that I'll get Appointment letter the very first day I'll join, later they refused to give it. And after 10 days they fired me. I have no job now in hand.
