What can I do if my employer does not reimburse my travel expenses as promised earlier?
Company refused to pay my travel expenses after promising it. They said we will not be reimbursing because you didn't sign contract letter. Called me from Mumbai to Noida to read contract. On mail they said we will reimburse travel expenses, no mention that it will be done only if contract signed

If a company promised to reimburse your travel expenses and then refused to do so, they may be in breach of contract, even if you did not sign a contract letter. Contact us for further enquiry.
