What can I do if my previous company is not paying my dues?
My pervious employer not giving my dues as i relived from my services , i resigned 30days back , they are not paying my dues amount. and giving me unusual reason that say not able to arrange fund. what process to recover my money .

If the employer is not clearing your dues then get a legal notice drafted against your company to clear the dues or else you can file complain against the labour court
