What can I do if my previous employer is not giving my salary?
I was employed with a company and due to some internal reasons I quite that job, I have offer letter which was issued by company but now they are not clearing my due amount which is 20,000/- ( last month salary)..what are my legal rights for this and how can I proceed to send notice against it.

If you have served the notice period thhe get a legal notice drafted against that person to get you dues clear and if they denies the you can aaproach to labour court for justice.
