What can I do in case of wrongful termination of employment?

I raised concern in my company regarding invalid deduction of PF from my fixed in hand salary. It was never mentioned deduction of PF in my offer letter. Recently I was facing salary issues in my company, my salary was held on by company and started forcing me to give resignation letter, I requested them to release my salary, later I will share the resignation letter by mentioning that If employer wants me to serve the notice period, I'll do that, if employer wants me to to resign instantly I'm ready for that as well. After releasing my salary, they sent an email to me by mentioning that I'm no longer employed with the organization. Without sharing my resignation letter ? Kindly suggest me that should I take action against my employer or not.

File a complaint with the labor department. labor department is responsible for enforcing labor laws in your state. They can investigate your complaint and take action against your employer if they find that they have violated the law. For further enquiry Contact us on helpline number.
