What can I do in case of wrongful termination of employment?

1. My sister joined Axis Bank through the ABYB Program by paying Rs 3.5 lakh, which, with the loan, cost her Rs 4.8 lakh. 2. Axis Bank conducted a ABYB program. Offered a PGDB Course (not recognized elsewhere) at a cost of Rs 3.5 lakh, promising the job of Assistant Manager. 3. After deducting the EMI, her effective salary is approx. Rs 14, to 15k. 4. Her superiors constantly pressure her to sell third-party products, which she finds challenging as she deals with cash. 5. The bank issued an advance termination notice on August 30, 2023, citing consistently poor performance and finally sent her termination letter on Sep 18, 2023. My Objections: * Termination is unfair * Provided misleading information * Appears to be running a scam by selling the course and loan in exchange for a job, only to terminate candidates later, citing poor performance. * I still owe an outstanding amount of more than Rs 2 lakh.
