What is rule 26 of the minimum wages rules?
I am currently employed at a company located in Delhi, with a workforce exceeding 1000 employees. Recently, our organization established a branch in Noida, where none of our employees work. All recruitment for this branch is being handled by our Delhi head office, and we have hired personnel from the Noida branch to take advantage of lower minimum wage rates in Uttar Pradesh as compared to Delhi. My query pertains to the legality of the following scenario: Can a company that has a branch in Noida ask its employees to work in Delhi and pay them according to the minimum wage rates stipulated by Uttar Pradesh because the employees are hired from the Noida branch? I would appreciate your guidance in this regard.
Hello sir,
As per the rule you will get the same salary as decided by the company in delhi ans if they are not doing such then you can approach to labour court and file complain against the company
