I am seeking guidance regarding my situation. I have been employed at my company for two years under a five-year bond while enrolled in an MTech program. According to company policy, after completing 18 months of service, I requested a change in my project. However, my team was unwilling to accommodate this request. Subsequently, the organisation terminated my employment. What can I do?
