What should I do if my HR is not paying salary for paid leaves?
My hr has sent me an email regarding redundancy in Dec 23 as per notice period it’s 2 months but I had leaves so I asked for extension & After speaking to hr they confirmed me an extension of my notice till 31.03.2024. Now they have stopped paying me salary from feb & saying will not pay extension months pay as I didn’t handover assets. What can I do ? Can I file complaint in labour court? Pls help!
Sir, if you have anything pending with the company which you need to return or submit, kindly do the needful and take a NOC from them for submission of all assets. Once you have returned their assets, you can now ask them over mail to pay your remaining salary.
