Initially check if the company is complying with the terms of termination and notice periods and is the reasonable grounds are given. If there is dissatisfaction in the reasons mentioned, communicate with the HR through mail for clarification. You can raise the issue of arbitrariness to the Internal Grievance Cell for providing solution and justice to the problem by being impartial. Complaint can also be raised to the Labour Commissioner under the Industrial Dispute Act 1947 if you suspect the termination is done with no due cause.

To appeal the end as AVP (Admin), first, go through the employee handbook to see if your company has an appeal process. It usually involves making a formal written appeal to the HR department or to the appeals committee indicating the reasons why you feel the termination is not just. If your company has a grievance procedure, you should use that too. You may also consult a lawyer regarding possible claims for unfair dismissal, depending on the case. Hold copies of all communications and documents regarding your termination for purposes during your appeal.

Sir, firstly you should review the terms and policies of your employment contract and if it is found that the act of company is unethical then you may consider sending a legal notice and if you want to appeal against the order you may approach to the labor tribunal. It is advised to consult an expert lawyer who will assist you with the best course of action. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
