Will resigning early affect future jobs or background verification?

Sir, I'm working in a Private Company where I signed 3 yrs bond of 75000 Rupees. Now it's 7-8 months only, I decided to resign the company due to some health issue & want to prepare for Government Exams. They are saying that Either I need to pay the bond or complete the 3 years. Otherwise I will not get Experience letter and I will be considered as Absconded. If I Leave (Resign) now without following this. Will it affect my future job (Government or Private) or during my background verification? Will this company give any negative feedback like that I have absconded or anything? Will it affect my future? Please Clarify regarding this. Thank You.

Sir, if you resign without notice or fail to pay the bond then the company might mark you as absconded. This could reflect poorly affect your employability in both government and private sectors. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
