What are the conditions for stay order?
Sir/madam, Labour court pass the award in my favour 50% back wages with restate service, deputy labour commissioner issue a recovery certificate against the management and send to SDM recovery, SDM issue show cause notice and management not compline the order they issue bank attachment order, management file a case in high court without made party to me. High court give order for stay, how it is possible I m a main party and they made party assistant collector grade 2. sir what is your opinion. thanks and regards, shyam
