What is the success rate of review petitions?

In a case regarding examination conducted by OPSC where opsc was supposed to publish the merit list based upon aggregate marks but they published the merit list based on sectional marks. So the not selected students find it unfair and went to the high court and after a long period of judicial process and few hearings, the High court gave the judgement by scrapping the old merit list of opsc and asked opsc to publish new merti list based on aggregate marks. So those previously students filed a review petition and a writ petition in high court.Soowhat are the possibilities of those petitions to get accepted by the court and what are the chances of success in a review petition? And if review petition is accepted than what will happen to earlier judgement given by high court? Will the time frame of two months to publish new merit list based on total marks get affected after this review petition?

If your review petiton is not accepted then you can approach to the Supreme Court and here you can file another suit before the Supreme Court.
