How to file a complaint against fraud job consultancy?
I am victim of a consultancy firm who took 4006000 INR for us H1B and when I reached US airport based on the documents this firm fabricated here in India , I got to know it’s a fake consultancy firm who fakes paperwork for H1B . This firm is run by two ladies in association with few individuals who runs this racket . I have asked them to refund me my money , they are not responding to my call or mail . I have all the details which can identify these people and the company . I need to send legal notice to the involved individuals and also book a GD and FIR for the fraud and harassment they caused me . I left my job in India based on their fake H1B
File a police complaint in the nearest police station with all the documents such as proof of payment (bank statements, transaction ID), communication records (emails, messages, calls) and details of fake H1B documents. Complaint has to file under Section 420, 465, 468, 471, 120B of IPC relating to cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy along with name and address of the company. You can also raise a cyber crime complaint as online transactions through telecommunication are involved. Send the legal notice to the company which is involved in this fraud activity and exploiting the money.
