Regarding h4 visa
Some issue is going with my husband due to which he is not sending me the extension paper. Its almost 1.5 years. My daughter is with him and my son who is U.S.A citizen is with me. I have its I797 paper. On the basis of this can I apply for h4 stamping

You need both I-129 and I-797 form to get h4 stamping both the forms are merely necessary, here i am giving you all the information regarding the H4 VISA's document.
Documents for application of H4 visa
- Fill the DS-160 application.
- A valid passport with at least one blank page.
- Two US visa photos.
- Receipt of payment of $160 for nonimmigrant U.S. visa application.
- Copy of primary H visa holder visa.
- Form I-129, Spouse/Parent's Form I-797, and Copies of Application for Certificate of Employment (LCA).
- A copy of your spouse/parent's passport and a clear, identifiable photograph.
- Proof of employment from spouse/parent in the United States.
- Copy of spouse/parent's previous work experience certificate.
- Recent payslips and tax returns if spouse/parent already works in the United States. For children of
- H visa holders, please provide the original birth certificate.
